Who is JJ Performance?
I’m Johannes Jåsund, a 29-year-old performance coach and professional handball player in the Norwegian Elite League (Rema 1000-ligaen).
As daily manager and personal trainer at Tananger Fitness Center, I help both athletes and everyday people become stronger, faster, and more resilient.
With experience from elite handball, weightlifting, and CrossFit—and a solid academic foundation in sport science—I bring a creative and science-based approach to training that delivers results.
